Additionally, working with people one-on-one, I consistently hear that nutrition is too complicated, recipes are too lengthy, and ingredients are unknown or hard to find. I listened!

- Each section is no more than 10 pages long, giving you the information you need without the fluff.
- Each recipe has no more than 5 ingredients, so if you want to add more, you can. If not, you can keep it super simple.
